Why We Do It
We are dedicated to multiplying recovering addicts and reducing the rate of death by overdose.
-
In 2022, on average 224 people died each day from the opioid crisis.
-
In 2023, there were 1,408 deaths in Alabama, 981(70%) of those deaths were opioid related.
-
So far in 2024, overdose rates have decreased by 10%!!!
As a community we will continue to fight for overdose rates to decrease.
